Queen’s Award for Enterprise: Innovation 2016

Queens Award for Enterprise BAPEN would like to congratulate apetito UK for being granted a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the innovation category. A Queen’s Award for Enterprise. This award, granted by Her Majesty the Queen on recognition of the Prime Minister, is given to a business to recognise outstanding achievement in International Trade, Innovation or Sustainable Development.

The award is in recognition of their Softer Foods (texture modified) range for people with dysphagia (swallowing difficulties) which is a common problem for those with conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis, throat cancer and many others.
