The Report which presents the results of a UK screening survey has highlighted that whilst prevalence of malnutrition is lower than in previous surveys it was still found to affect 1 in 4 adults on admission to hospitals, more than 1 in 3 adults admitted to care homes in the previous 6 months, and up to 1 in 5 adults on admission to Mental Health Units.
