Join us for this 1-day basic nutrition training day for trainees taking place at the IET Austin Court, Birmingham on Monday 20th October 2025.
Key learning objectives
- Understanding of core concepts of nutrition including identifying malnutrition and managing refeeding syndrome
- Troubleshooting of enteral tubes – both a theoretical and practical approach
- Managing emergency nutrition in patients with eating disorders
- Dealing with nutritional problems as the on-call registrar
Registration is free. If you register, we ask that you ensure you actually utilise your registration and attend the conference. Failure to attend (without prior communication) will be noted.
Due to the interactive nature of this event, the training day will take place fully face-to-face and we regret that we cannot offer virtual attendance.
