The NHS network for purchasers of HPN is a closed forum for NHS staff who look after Home Parenteral Nutrition (HPN) patients in England. This is the only place where all of the national framework documentation, including the framework specification and all appendices is posted. Membership is not limited to one individual per HPN centre.
