Early bird registration for the conference is now open! Register before the 29th September 2025 to receive the discounted early bird rates.
The preferred method of payment for registration is via credit/debit card. If you are not able to pay by card and you require your registration fee to be paid by your employer, please only register once the purchase order is in place and you have the PO number with you. You will be required to add the PO number and upload a copy of the purchase order as part of the registration process. Thank you for your co-operation.
The option to pay by invoice will be available until 29th of September, only card payments will be accepted thereafter.

The BAPEN Members rate is available if your BAPEN membership has been received at the time of registration. The Student rate is available to all pre and post graduate students (please see booking conditions). The Retired Health Professional rate is open to any retired healthcare professional with an interest in nutrition.
The BAPEN Annual Conference Dinner will take place the evening of Tuesday 11th November at the ICC Wales. Please see the provisional menu below:

There will also be live musical entertainment from Dangerzone! Expect live vocals, guitar, bass and drums as well as a DJ set to get the party started.
Should you wish to join Dangerzone in their 80s glory, there is an optional 80s dress theme too.
Tickets for the Conference Dinner are £50 per person and can be purchased at registration.
The BAPEN Masterclass will take place on Monday 10th November and all conference delegates are welcome to attend by adding it to your booking at registration. For more information click here.
