Pete Turner
I have been involved in the organisation of the BAPEN annual conference for around 20 years. This has given me the privilege of working with international experts in clinical nutrition and seeing their presentations.
What are the most exciting things I have learned and how can they be used practically? How do NASA, David Blaine, Chris Froom, the Lancet and polar exploring relate to intravenous fluids, starvation ketosis, refeeding syndrome, multidisciplinary working and my BAPEN related publications?
