The course is free to attend for BAPEN members. Accommodation will be payable by each attendee. Teams of 4 – 6 members comprising of a dietitian, nutrition nurse, pharmacist and a physician are encouraged.

All team members must attend for all 3 days. Teams will have to provide funding for accommodation at the Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre (£112.50 + VAT per room per night B+B) or book their own accommodation. To book your accommodation via BAPEN contact conferences@bapen.org.uk
To secure a place for the team a fully refundable deposit of £250 will be required once attendance is confirmed. Deadline for applications is 30 January 2026.
