PENG would like to understand the thoughts of those working in EN in the UK on what knowledge, skills and other attributes are required within EN roles throughout the professional levels of practice from dietetic assistant to consultant roles.
PENG Members have previously indicated they would benefit from having standardised competencies.
While currently there are some departments already using competencies, the objectives of this questionnaire and project are to:
- Explore what is already being used.
- To identify what competency standards you feel are important within EN.
- To use this information to develop a standardised competency framework for the dietetic workforce.
